Thanks, Zack! Nice to have a listen to it. When I first listened to it, I was a bit surprised cause it sounded different from the live version and more up-tempo. I like both :)

it's very different, think I like it but might need a few listens to get my head round it.

Quite reminicent of redjetson to my ears, and that's definitely no bad thing

It is slower than the live version I recall from last back end... I like it but I'm still not entirely sure about whatever it is that is making that strange whooping cod reggae noise in the background

I'm quite intrigued as to which bit sounds like reggae! We go through a strenuous process to ensure that no reggae makes it onto our records, so for something like this to slip the net is most worrying!

Can Alistair please do a mime to demonstrate this process?

it's that funny prrp prrp sound around 1.07 - and i take it back- it's not reggae - it's more like ska.. how could i have confused my genres :oops

prrp prrp? I think that's just the hi-hat right? I don't hear anything remotely ska-like in there...

Not sure what It is- whatever it is a good song and bodes well for the album.
I shall give up my career as a music critic and return to the kitchen sink!

I was just taking a closer look at this and see that you can download the track for free or name your own price for it. You download it in FLAC or any sort of compressed format...pretty cool.
