no report on gig but rumour has it that Guy has had a haircut at last...

Haha.., well, I think these guys look totally COOL with beards and (some) long hair.. If it was up to me I'd say: keep it that way!

i was using disappointed creatively there  given i have returned home to discover mr meat has infected himself with ringworm, i suspect my better half may also be sporting a natty new shorter haircut too soon.. and i hate short hair on a bloke

When I saw David Martin last Saturday, I couldn't help myself thinking of a young Donald Sutherland, which I found totally cool.

as the song goes.. " it happens to us all..." ;-)

ps do you really find that film scary? My mate at Uni raved about the film but tbh I just found it all a bit dull.. mind he was a bloke so I guess there were compensations

Each band only played for 20 mins, and so we only got four songs - three new ones and 'Sea of Regrets', which was stunning. David had virtually no vocals for the first two tho and rightly berated the soundguy. Very odd crowd. Some bloke in the audience asked what the name was all about.

They looked remarkably perky given their recent excursions, esp the Amsterdam to Yorkshire Dales to London jaunt.

really!!? Personally I found Donald Sutherland the most scary thing in that film, which may be why he reminds Zoydian of Dave?!

Sutherland is not scary, he's.... impressive, and so is Dave. I dunno why I had to think of him, when I saw Dave on the screens on either side of the stage.. I guess it was his eyes.. My girlfriend, who had never seen ILT before, also found Dave's face strangely familiar..
